Birsa Munda Jayanti

Birsa Munda Jayanti, November 15th is a remarkable day for the tribal population in India. We observe this day paying tribute to this great tribal leader and freedom fighter. We mark this day to remember his significant contributions to the development of tribal section and our nation’s struggle for independence. Through various events and programs, we honour his legacy and inspire others to carry forward his vision of equality, justice, and empowerment.

International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples

On August 9th, we observe the International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples to celebrate their achievements and to appreciate their contributions to global issues. We aim to raise awareness and educate communities to protect their rights. This event is crucial for acknowledging and preserving the unique cultures and rights of indigenous communities worldwide.

Independence Day

Every year, Independence Day is celebrated at our organization, honoring the sacrifices of freedom fighters of our country who dedicated their lives to restore our nation’s freedom. On this special day, our president hoists the national flag. We host cultural programs in which children and students enthusiastically participate in singing, dancing, recitation, and debates. It is a joyous occasion filled with enthusiasm and a deep sense of patriotism.

Republic Day

On January 26th, we observe Republic Day, marking the adoption of our constitution. We gather at the premises of our organization, and hoist the Tiranga with pride. We share sweets with the attendees and engage local children in our celebration. We aim to foster unity, brotherhood, and a deeper understanding of our constitution, encouraging collective efforts for its continuous improvement.

Ambedkar Jayanti

Kisan Sathi Foundation observes Ambedkar Jayanti on 14th April, to honor the birthday of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. We celebrate this day to commemorate the significant contribution that Dr. Ambedkar made toward the upliftment and empowerment of the tribal community and marginalized sections of society. On this day, we organize various events and activities to spread awareness about Dr. Ambedkar’s teachings and principles, and the need to continue working towards creating an inclusive and just society for all.
